B. Information Collected via Our Third-Party Client Portal

  • To request lodging, daycare, grooming, or training reservations for either location, you will be redirected to our secure, third-party client booking portal. Through this portal, we collect and manage:

  • Owner Information: Name, email address, phone number, and physical address.

  • Pet Information: Pet name, breed, age, behavioral notes, and mandatory veterinary health and vaccination records (such as Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella) to keep all pets in our care safe.

  • Billing Information: Credit card details (which are securely tokenized and processed directly by our payment processor; we do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers).

C. Information Collected Automatically

  • When you visit our Sites, we automatically receive certain technical data:

  • Log and Device Data: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.

  • Cookies & Tracking: We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to analyze traffic, measure the performance of our advertisements, and improve user experience across our Sites. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some features of our Sites may not function properly as a result.

How We Collect Information:

We use the personal and pet information we collect to:

  • Manage, schedule, and confirm your pet’s reservations and daycare evaluations.

  • Ensure the safety and health of all animals in our care by maintaining current vaccination records.

  • Process payments and deposits for lodging, grooming, training, and daycare services.

"Do Not Track" (DNT) Signals (CalOPPA Disclosure):

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), we are required to disclose how our websites respond to browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals.
